Since 2023, the Himalaya Wellness Mindful Strides Walkathon has united communities to champion health, mindfulness, and purpose. This movement promotes balance, supports impactful causes, and inspires positive change, creating a journey toward a healthier, happier, and more connected world.
Everyone is welcome! There’s no age limit, and differently-abled individuals are encouraged to join with any required assistance.
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete the check-in process.
First aid and medical support stations will be available throughout the route.
